AI has evolved rapidly, but integrating it into daily operations can feel overwhelming. The challenge for Rightpoint was determining how to best incorporate AI into the organization in a practical and impactful way, with an emphasis on experimentation. The goal was to encourage teams to test AI tools in real-world business scenarios and identify innovative ways AI could enhance daily workflows.
Rightpoint wanted to empower small teams to work quickly and experiment with AI tools, ensuring that these tools provided valuable insights that could streamline processes and help the organization better understand AI's potential.
Rightpoint held an AI Hackathon to foster a culture of experimentation. The event was designed to allow teams to explore AI tools, identify practical use cases, and build prototypes with real-world business relevance.
The hackathon, spread over 10 hours, invited cross-disciplinary collaboration, ensuring that solutions considered multiple perspectives. Teams were tasked with breaking down abstract AI concepts into workable solutions that addressed real business needs.
By experimenting with generative AI tools, teams gained hands-on experience, deepening their understanding of AI capabilities and exploring the potential of AI in enhancing various tasks, such as meeting summarization, document scaffolding, and marketing content generation.
